Yarn Bomb Hits Lecco

Intrecciamo la città, “Knitting in the city” is part of a city project aimed to beautify the city of Lecco here at Lake Como.

The project Avere Cura del Bene Comune “Caring for the Common Good” found a fun and creative way to decorate the town by involving residents of all ages.

Local schools and senior centers have prepared knitted craft projects. Everything from lamp poles to park benches have been yarn bombed!

Guerilla Knitting!  It’s nice to see a bit of color and handmade care around town.
