Le Case dei Baff in Valtellina (Ardenno)

If you have read my previous posts, then you will know we have a fondness for pizzoccheri and Valtellinese wines! We recently visited Le Case dei Baff -via dei Mulini, 19 -Ardenno (Sondrio) to celebrate our anniversary.

Le Case dei Baff, a family run agriturismo with restaurant, hotel, farm and wine production in the Sondrio Valley. The Cerasa family welcomes their guests with a smile and the staff all show exceptional professionalism. The menu is rich with local specialties and many of their products are made on the premises like the cheeses, wine, salame, homemade pasta and pastries or are made by neighboring producers from the region. There are two main dining rooms and a “romantic nook” for private dining up to four people. You can organize a private wine and cheese tasting and there is even a conference center for up to 20 people, excellent for a weekend course or corporate team building.

The Rooms

There are 16 hotel rooms each charmingly decorated. We stayed in the “Concerto” room. It’s a lovely quiet getaway. Highly recommended! Le Case dei Baff via dei Mulini, 19 Ardenno (Sondrio)
