Supersized Ferris Wheel in Lecco

The giant 30 meter high panoramic Ferris Wheel is back! It will be positioned along the lake in Lecco offering breath taking views of the Lake Como and the nearby Alps. Even at night, the wheel will offer spectacular night views.

Lecco already has one of the best vantage points for looking out to the lake. Up 30 meters, you’ll be able to see the town of Lecco below and in the distance, Bellagio, Mandello del Lario as far to Varenna and perhaps even to Colico and as far out to Switzerland. (Until I get up there, I won’t be able to tell you!)
Located next to the war memorial along the lake in Lecco.

The wheel

The mobile Ferris wheel is managed by H30 a family run company based in Novara, is one of a kind and has recently toured Italy beginning its tour in Turin and then continuing to other cities. The wheel has 18 cabins which hold 6 people each for a total of up to 108 passengers.
H30 guarantee the highest quality of technology and service maintenance for safety and and a fulfilling experience. The H30 site states “We offer quality, reliability and safety in the management and upkeep of the facility.
We have a full staff consisting of professional technicians and assembly workers seeing to the proper functioning of all aspects of the business.” At night, there are 6,000 LED lights making the wheel magical.
