VM Cooking School for Italian Food Lovers – one day Kitchen Experience Lecco

You can learn how to make fresh pasta, prepare vegetables, fish and meat using traditional methods not only of Lombardy, but other regional Italian cuisines as well.

The course is a one-day adventure starting at 10am with breakfast and then off to the local shops, green grocers and bodegas for shopping and learning how to choose the best ingredients. Then back to Viviana’s home in the charming neighborhood of Pescarenico. Then the cooking begins! Cutting, chopping, dicing and slicing…everyone does their part. Of course, it’s not a real Italian kitchen experience without a little wine… while the food is in the oven or cooking on the stove a small glass to sip and nice conversation makes for a perfect afternoon. Then the meal is ready! Buon appetito!
